Fusionbox is seeking a professional with interactive experience to join its growing team. The job is exciting, fast-paced, rewarding and fun and involves a high level of strategic thinking. Our goal as a team is to help our clients grow their businesses and our medium is the web.
The person we hire should be able to present strategic plans to our clients. The right person will work with our clients to:
- Provide extreme customer service to our clients as their trusted marketing Partner
- Suggest additions to clients' current marketing mix that will increase client ROI
- Create strategic web marketing plans
- Ensure that client goals are being met
- Up-sell current clients on services
- Present proposals to potential clients
- Manage all Fusionbox web design and web development projects
- Interface with clients and manage their ongoing requests
- Manage customer budgets
- Create and manage project timelines
- Assign tasks to team and manage resources
- Hold weekly project status meetings
- Update project management software
- Assess & report on project risks
- Develop, document & refine processes as needed
- Project Management skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strategic consulting skills
- Broad marketing experience
- Interactive marketing experience
- Impeccable written, interpersonal, and verbal skills
- Have familiarity with usability, web-based best practices, development best practices, web-based technologies, search engine marketing, analytics
- Experience managing web site redesigns and/or web-based software projects
- Information Architecture, Wire Framing, and creation of Functional Specifications a definite plus
Our new account person will also have the opportunity to grow our client base. He or she will seek new business relationships with strategic partners and new clients. This does not mean cold calling or hard selling. Our approach is strictly consultative. Commission will be paid for any new client relationships.
