Interns & Co-Op Recruitment:

Our interns and co-op employees are given the same responsibilities as those held by our entry-level employees. We offer a unique opportunity to gain real life, hands-on experience while you complete your education. This approach allows you to evaluate our organization and the construction field as a career choice. In turn, we are able to evaluate prospective employees.

Internship and co-op positions are available throughout our regions. Duties vary depending on the project and location. A&P commonly recruits students with majors in:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Construction Management
  • Construction Engineering

A&P representatives actively recruit at college campuses and career fairs.
