Franklin Medical Office Building 12th Floor Addition

Demolition of the existing floor of the Franklin Medical Office Building required detailed preplanning because the 11th floor was occupied by the Gastroenterology Department and needed to remain fully functional. The existing 12th floor, which consisted of 3,700 square feet of finished space, was demolished and 13,500 square feet of new clinical space was added. A&P successfully worked directly above vital medical procedures for the duration of the nine month project.
