Adolfson & Peterson managed the construction of the Grand Lodge and Water Park of America in Minnesota. This post-tensioned concrete structure features a 70,000 sf "North Shore" themed indoor water park and resort hotel.

The project, valued at over $44 million, includes an 8 story hotel with over 400 rooms.

The indoor water park, Grand Lodge's main attraction, is a family friendly recreation experience featuring:
