Adolfson & Peterson, an industry leading provider of construction services for hotels and the hospitality sector, managed the renovation of the Holtze Magnolia Hotel in Dallas, Texas. The original structure, a relic of the 1920s, was turned into a 330,000 sf hotel, complete with 31 stories of beautifully nostalgic rooms and suites.
