Nautical Inn

Location: Lake Havasu, Arizona

Client: Nautical Inn Resort
Design Partners: L.R. Niemiec Architects/Planners, Inc.

Adolfson & Peterson, an industry leading provider of construction services for hotels and the hospitality sector, managed the construction of the Nautical Inn, a popular resort in Lake Havasu, Arizona.

Situated on 26 acres of shoreline on Lake Havasu, the Nautical Inn Resort addition included the construction of three new buildings housing 30 units each. The beach-front resort buildings are wood-framed structures with a stucco finish.
