Croixdale Senior Housing

Location: Bayport, Minnesota

Client: Presbyterian Homes & Services
Design Partners: JSSH Architects, Inc.

168,000 sf 109- units of independent and assisted living. Town Center with reception, dining rooms, chapel, café/store, commercial kitchen and lounge. Three story building, lower level parking common areas and resident units. The tow phased project included the complete demolition of the existing facility. The project was constructed over 22 month duration.
