Matthew Henson Hope VI

The Matthew Henson HOPE VI project is a multi–phased mixed income housing development in Phoenix Central City South. The HOPE VI project is a federal grant–funded program created to rebuild old and/or severely distressed public housing. Nearly 250 housing units will be constructed over several phases and will include attainable units along with a combination of affordable ownership and/or affordable rental units. The project also includes extensive site work and a number of community facilities including a management center, pools, youth center, parks, basketball courts, playgrounds and a senior center.
