Presbyterian Homes of North Oaks

Location: North Oaks, Minnesota

This senior housing campus will be comprised of an 84-unit independent senior rental building with options for clientele to customize unit finishes, a 44-unit assisted living building with twelve units of memory care, 36 beds for skilled nursing, and a town center.
