Buckeye Fire Station #3

Location: Buckeye, Arizona

Client: The Town of Buckeye
Design Partners: Perlman Design Group

This station is located on 1.28 acres of land in the DMB Community of Verrado. The fire house is located on a focal corner of the city, surrounded by both commercial and residential properties. The facility is a four-bay, two-story structure of approximately 15,660 square feet. The building includes a kitchen, dining area, day room, dorm areas, bathrooms, offices, exercise room, laundry, and storage. The project also includes the associated site paving, parking, on-site utilities and landscaping.
