Edina City Hall

The stone and copper exterior of this 58,000 square foot facility is comprised of two buildings: one for Edina City offices and the other for police and safety operations. The City Hall building consists of City Council chambers, public meeting areas, offices for all city operations and a two-story glass curtain wall that overlooks an outdoor garden. The police station houses a detention area, a secured courtyard, offices for all police and safety services, dispatch area and locker rooms. The structure also incorporates an underground parking garage for police vehicles. The two buildings connect through a central lobby that has access to an outdoor courtyard. Upon completion, the site will accommodate parking for 157 vehicles and feature a city park.
