A&P's project approach is built on a foundation of teamwork and quality control. From the beginning of the project, A&P will engage your entire project team (owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, etc.) in understanding your needs and working together to deliver against those needs. Together, your team will ensure that design intent, budget and schedule implications, construction feasibility and lifetime maintenance needs are incorporated into decisions from concept through close-out.

A&P's Quality Control and Improvement process will begin when your project is awarded and continue long after it is completed. All subcontractors selected to work on your project will be required to participate in A&P's Quality Control and Improvement process and all aspects of your project will be subjected to continual quality control.
