Throughout your project, your A&P team will act as stewards of your money and facility, managing and optimizing communication, cost, budget and work product.
A&P will carefully develop subcontractor and vendor bid packages to optimize your buying power. Your project manager will carefully monitor and control all cost components (including labor, materials and subcontractor agreements), keep you informed and ensure proper communications amongst all team members. Your site superintendent will provide day-to-day oversight, on-site communications, subcontractor coordination and on-site quality control.
Throughout the project you're A&P team carefully monitors the schedule, proactively managing changes to ensure that your project is delivered on time. A&P team members are at your project site full time to monitor and coordinate the work of subcontractors and ensure a quality work product.
