Close Out/Post-Construction

A&P is committed to making the close out process for your project simple, effective and painless. A rolling completion list will be used throughout your project to proactively addresses unfinished items and ensure subcontractors complete the work while they are still on the jobsite. A&P will complete all of your remaining punch list items within 30 days, allowing you to get on with your business.

A&P's tradition of taking care of clients will be evident throughout your warranty service period. A&P will provide a web-hosted work order system to make requesting and tracking warranty service as easy as possible.
