How We Work

Get a quote

Fusionbox uses an agile, sprint-by-sprint model for engagement. That means our clients purchase an initial block of 80 hours, use those hours up, and then purchase another block of hours. Hours can be used for new feature development, maintenance, and upgrades.

Hours do not expire and there is no minimum monthly commitment.

How does this benefit you?

Earned Trust

Get to know us as a partner without entering into a long term contract.

Flexibility

Use hours as you need them to fit naturally with the ebb and flow of work.

Agility

Get up and running quickly and see actual work within the first two weeks.

Experience

How it Works

Start with one 80-hour sprint, collaborate with our development teams, see our work after two weeks, buy another sprint; repeat

What Our Sprints Look Like

Fusionbox uses a Kanban board to record and visualize all of the tasks to be worked on, including ones that are in progress, being tested, and queued up for the next sprint.

At the end of each sprint, we'll discuss the work completed and demo our progress:

  1. We'll discuss any obstacles that arose and how they were overcome, or if any new information was discovered that may alter the project priorities.
  2. We'll evaluate our next priorities and determine if they need to be adjusted.
  3. We'll identify which priorities can be completed in the next sprint, and conduct discovery on those items.

“We have a business because of Fusionbox.”
