DealWare's previous software was outdated and difficult to use, especially for a wide range of users (admins, attorneys, and executives). Because there were no clear design guidelines, the interface had become inconsistent and confusing. This not only hurt the user experience, but it also slowed development, as engineers were forced to spend too much time on design choices and frontend styling instead of building core functionality.
Our goal was to modernize the UI and improve the overall user experience by creating a consistent design system that could be applied across the entire application. This included developing personas, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for key user experiences.
Updating the UI helped DealWare stand out against competitors and drive more sales. The improved user experience made the product easier to use, which boosted customer satisfaction and reduced support ticket volume. With solid design guidelines in place, the development team can now build new features faster and more confidently.
