IQNavigator came to us wanting to improve the usability of their enterprise software especially as it related to the UX of their mobile experience. Our team conducted interviews with end users to understand their frustrations. From there, we created wireframes, prototypes for testing in the field and redesigned key pages in order to meet those usability goals.
Boston Mutual Insurance
Boston Mutual has provided life insurance to thousands since 1891.
Boston Mutual was finding that their agents were taking more time than was needed to sign up new customers for insurance. After research, we uncovered redundant tasks, user flow that wasn’t making sense, and agents who needed lots of training in order to use the software.
Our UX team did a rehaul of the UI that made common use cases infinitely more simple. We made sure to keep what was working well to cut down on re-training time.
Alpine Achievement provides data and reporting to help educators help students.
The Fusionbox team did a full re-concepting of the Alpine Achievement software used by thousands of school districts across the US. Their design was out-of-date and overly complicated. Fusionbox updated all of the look and feel to match new branding, simplified the software significantly, developed new navigation systems and delivered style sheets and HTML.
